Sedalia - Westminster
Sedalia was located northwest of Westminster at the Grayson County line. In fact parts of the community are in Grayson County. The Westminster Baptist Church was started in Sedalia. The Sedalia post office opened on January 15, 1889 with David S. Martin as postmaster. It was discontinued on December 31, 1903. The school at Sedalia was called Independence. Another name for the community is Yakima.
