Mrs. A. B. Stapp, a citizen of Collin County, Texas, and the wife of C. D. Stapp.... would represent and show to the court that she was heretofore the wife of one L. U. Collinsworth deceased late of said County, who departed this life on or about the __ day of May 1895 intestate, and that he left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law Anna O'Dell Collinsworth a female of the age of about 16 years, Millie E. Collinsworth a female of about the age of 12 years, Willie F. Collinsworth a male of about the age of 10 years, and Delawrence Collinsworth a male of about 9 years of age, and that at the time of the death of the said L. U. Collinsworth there was also one Robert Collinsworth, a male, who is now dead having died intestate and without issue, after the death of his said father the said L. U. Collinsworth, deceased....
