Funeral services for Lowell Weldon Bryson, 76, of McKinney, who died Wednesday at his residence will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the Horn-Harris-Crouch Chapel.
Interment will be in the Mt. Olive Cemetery with Horn-Harris-Crouch Funeral Home in charge.
He was born Dec. 25, 1909 in Collin County, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dave Bryson, and married Gladys Howard, Oct. 27, 1932 in Durant, Okla.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church and the American Quarter Horse Association.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys of McKinney; four sons, Billy Joe of Frisco, Bud of Prosper, Jerry of Pilot Point and Charlie of Frisco; three daughters, Mrs. Paul Baxter of Prosper, Mrs. Helen Merrifield of Plano and Mrs. Walter Young of DeSoto; one brother, W. K. Bryson of McKinney; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Bryson was preceded in death by two sons, L. B. and Ted Bryson; one brother and one sister.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. Thursday.
