Funeral services for Homer Lee , 71, of Frisco, who died Sunday in a Plano hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church of Frisco with Revs. Steve Fowler and Bruce Wills officiating. Interment will be in Elliott Cemetery with Harrington-Bratcher-Dickey Funeral Home of Frisco in charge of the services.
Boals was born Aug. 23, 1915 in McKinney, the son of Thomas Harris Boals and Corrie Chandler Boals, and married Mary Muriel Taylor, Dec. 23, 1939 in Celina.
He was a grocery man and member of the First Baptist Church of Frisco.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Boals of Frisco; son, William Taylor Boals of New York City, N.Y.; daughter, Rosemary Bacchus of Frisco; brother, Harvey Boals of Calif.; three sisters: Ara Malone and Tommie Wright, both of Quitman and Aileen Rutledge of Dallas; two grandchildren: Amy and Barry Bacchus, both of Frisco.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 tonight.
