The above is a true likeness of Dr. Ben F. Largent of McKinney, born, reared and educated in our city. For the past several years he has been in Chicago attending college, and associated in one of the largest hospitals in that big city. Jan. 1, this year, he decided to open an office in his native town and engage in the practice of his profession. He has been chosen secretary of the Arrangement Committee for the meeting of the North Texas Medical Association, for the McKinney doctors, who meet in our city next month. Dr. Largent is said to be one of the finest surgeons of his age in the entire State, his long experience in the Chicago hospital giving him the practical experience. Dr. Largent is now very busy perfecting all arrangements for the entertainment of his hundreds of brethren of the pill box here in June.
