Fannie Harrington Methodist Chapel - Plano
Fannie Harrington Methodist Chapel was located at present-day Custer Road and Legacy Drive, known as Carpenter Road at the time. It was across the street from the Bethany Cemetery, Church and School. The church was organized on October 9, 1903. Fannie Harrington was the wife of John Harrington and worked tirelessly for the church.
In sixty years the church had 36 Methodist pastors. In 1962 the church was dissolved and the building was torn down.
