HILARY S. BALL DIED IN BEAUMONT

News was received here of the death in Beaumont Sunday night of Hilary S. , 39 years old. His death was due to pneumonia.
Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Ball of Dallas, he is survived by a wife and two small children; a sister, Miss Edna Ball of Dallas, and three half brothers, Wiley Ball of Denison, and Benjamin C. Ball and Henry Ball of Dallas.
The deceased father, J. H. Ball, is a former citizen of this city, and was married a second time to Miss Etta Wiley, daughter of Dr. T. W. Wiley of this city. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Ball lived here a number of years before moving away.
The body was shipped to ? for burial.
