FUNERAL SERVICES FOR DR. RAY LARGENT ARE HELD MONDAY

Dr. Raymond A. Largent, 71, passed away Sunday morning at 6 o’clock. He had been in failing health for several months.
He was born in McKinney July 17, 1886, the son of W. B. and Rosa Wood Largent, pioneer residents of McKinney and Collin County. For a number of years Dr. Largent practiced dentistry, and was also the owner of the Golden Glow Hatchery, located at his home, 101 North Graves Street. He was a member of the First Christian Church.
His survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ray Largent of McKinney; a daughter, Mrs. Wayne Sherley of Anna; son, Raymond Largent Jr., of McKinney; a sister, Mrs. Cordelia Dowell of McKinney; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at ? p.m. Monday in the Crouch-Moore Funeral Chapel, conducted by Dr. T. R. Leen, pastor of the First Christian Church, with burial at Pecan Grove Cemetery.
