AGED M’KINNEY LADY MADE HAPPY BY HER FRIENDS

Mrs. E. L. Barrow, who resides in the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. P. White, 201 Pearson Avenue, in North McKinney, has been confined to her home with illness for the past five months. Mrs. Barrow, who is 75 years of age, has been able to sit up some the past few days, a short while each day. during Mrs. Barrow’s illness she has received many friendly visits from her friends and neighbors, who bring flowers, gifts and deliciously prepared foods that a sick person could enjoy. In fact her room is fragrant at all times with several vases of flowers. Despite her long illness, which confines her to her room, she has maintained a cheery disposition and always greets each visitor with a warm smile and encouraging words. She has a multitude of friends who are hoping that she will soon be recovered and able to be up.
