Funeral services for Mr. A. D. Dunn, 61, of McKinney who died at his residence Friday will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Reverend Richard Hardin officiating. Interment will be held in Ridgeview Memorial Park Cemetery with Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in charge.
He was born in Collin County, July 1, 1924, the son of Mr. Thomas F. Dunn and Nellie Malone Dunn and married JoAnne Bell in 1949.
He was a carpenter and a member of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include three sons, Jimmie Dunn of Garland, Ricky Dunn of Allen and Stephen Dunn also of Allen, two daughters, Sharon Vaquera of Balch Springs and Rebecca Hood of Allen, three brothers Tom Dunn of Plano, Marion Dunn of Bonham and Bradley Dunn of Oklahoma, three sisters Wanda Yeager of Plano, Katherine Chaddick of Allen and Pasty Hardin of Weatherford, six grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
