MRS. BEULAH DUNCAN PASSES AWAY IN LOCAL HOSPITAL

Mrs. Beulah Duncan, 82, passed Sunday in Wysong Hospital. She resided on Route 1, McKinney and had lived in the county all of her life. She was born July 14, 1880, the daughter of William and Dora O’Brien McGarrah. She was a member of the First Christian Church.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in Turrentine-Jackson Chapel, Dr. Ed Russell and Rev. Billy Joe Self, officiating, with burial in Pecan Grove Cemetery.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. S. H. Lemons, McKinney; Mrs. John Raelyn, Austin; half sister, Mrs. Nona McGarrah of McKinney; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Her husband, J. A. Duncan to whom she was married in 1902, preceded her in death.
