Sunday Service Set for Mrs. Macie Mullins
McKinney - Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Couch-Moore Funeral Chapel here for Mrs. Macie Evlyn Mullins, 81, of New Hope, near McKinney, who died Friday in a hospital here.
Rev. Mac Pope, Baptist minister, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Mullins was born Oct. 5, 1885 in Blue Ridge, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Coody. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors are her husband, F. R. Mullins; two sons, Dudley Miller and Vernon R. Miller of San Antonio; three step-sons, Carl Mullins of New Hope, Hoe Mullins of McKinney and J. L. Mullins of Irving; four step-daughters, Mrs. Ruby Maxwell of Blue Ridge, Mrs. Pearl Spurgin of New Hope, Mrs. Joyce Rogers and Mrs. Emma Stiles, both of McKinney; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. and 16 step-grandchildren; a sister, Rosie Wilson of Dallas.
