Services for Clara Cecil Dickerson, 93, of Weston, who died Tuesday in Texoma Medical Center in Denison, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with the Dr. James Puckett officiating. Burial will be in Ridgeview Memorial Park under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Dickerson was born on March 7, 1899, in Rice, Texas, the daughter of John Albert and Henretta Rogers Tucker. She married Lester Webster Dickerson on May 8, 1919, in Collin County. She was a housewife, a member of the First Baptist Church of Weston and a member of the Weston Home Demonstration Club.
Survivors include three sons, Myron L. Dickerson of Fort Worth, Verlin Ray Dickerson of El Paso and Bobby Gerald Dickerson of Houston; one daughter Dorothy Kissinger of Pottsboro; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother Albert Tucker of Celina; and one sister, Lillian Nichols of Houston.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight.
