Funeral services for Mary Ann Hooper of McKinney, 76, who died Thursday in a McKinney hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Friendship Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Carl Johnson officiating.
Interment will be in Forest Grove Cemetery with Horn-Harris-Crouch Funeral Home in charge.
She was born February 13, 1908 in McKinney, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph E. Watkins, and married Charles E. Hooper on March 31, 1928. She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.
Survivors include four brothers, Tommy Watkins, Bonham; Dick Watkins, Sulpher Springs; Marshall Watkins and Pete Watkins, both of McKinney; five sisters, Mrs. Lois Riley, Garland; Mrs. Agnes Juenell, Athens; Mrs. Ruby Doggett, Sherman; Mrs. Ellie Hart and Mrs. Lucille Cates, both of McKinney; and a number of nieces and nephews.
