Services for Jean Elizabeth Gastineau, 39, of Celina, who died Saturday at North Texas Medical Center, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in McKinney, with Father Carl Vogel officiating under the direction of Cantrell Funeral Home of Celina. A rosary will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Cantrell Funeral Home, 109 S. Oklahoma.
Mrs. Gastineau was born July 19, 1955, in Oklahoma, to James H. and Mae Foust Ellison. She married Steve Gastineau on June 28, 1975, in Chillicothe, Mo. She was the Regional Director of Cigna Insurance Company of Sherman and a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Mckinney.
Mrs. Gastineau is survived by her husband, Steve, of Celina; two sons, Derek Gastineau of Celina and Brandon Gastineau of Celina; a daughter, Britney Gastineau of Celina; her mother, Mae Ellison of Chillicothe, Mo.; four brothers, Mike Ellison of Booner Springs, Kan., Tom Ellison of N. Kansas City, Mo., Pat Ellison of Republic, Mo., and Chris Ellison of Platt City, Mo.; two sisters, Judee Carr of Independence, Mo., and Margie Lowe of Chillicothe, Mo.
