McKinney Girl Accepts Position in Social Service Department Of the Zoar Home In Allison Park.
Miss Ila Jean Francis has gone to Allison Park, Pennsylvania, where she has accepted a position in the Social Service Department of the Zoar Home.
Miss Francis received her A. P. Degree from Asbury College, Wilmore, Kentucky, in June. During her senior year she was president of the Phrenothenia sorority and was also assistant to the Dean of Women. Previous to entering Asbury College, she attended North Texas State Teachers College.
Miss Francis will go by way of Cleveland, Ohio, where she will spend several days with Miss Marion Koontz, who was her roommate while she was in Asbury. She will also visit Miss Jeannette Moore, at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before assuming her duties at the Zoar home.
