Services for Jerry Lee Burk, 31, of Van Alstyne, who died Thursday at his residence, will be 4 p.m. Sunday at the Flesher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Van Alstyne Cemetery.
Mr. Burk was born in McKinney on Nov. 21, 1963, the son of Roscoe and Jo Ann Mitchell Burk. He was a carpenter in Van Alstyne, had served in the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his parents in Van Alstyne; and two sisters, Terri Stephens and Becky Burk, both of Van Alstyne.
Family visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Flesher Funeral Home. Other visitation will be held at the home of Roscoe Burk, 406 1st Street, Van Alstyne.
