Funeral services for Mrs. Naoma L. Fisher, 72 of Rt. 1, Emory, who died Thursday at a Greenville hospital will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Reverend Malcolm Cave officiating.
Interment will be in Pecan Grove Cemetery with Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in charge.
She was born August 26, 1912 in Celina, Texas, the daughter of Joseph W. Docia Brown, and married Mr. Tinsley R. Fisher February 12, 1932 in Collin County, Texas. She was a retired nurse and a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband Tinsley Fisher of Emory, two sons, Edward Fisher of Yantis, Tx., and Don Fisher of Tyler, four daughters, Barbara Miller of Oklahoma, Patsy Aaron of Frisco, Shirley Cothran of Garland and Mary Nell Cooper of Wylie, two sisters, Mrs. Carmen Palmer of Dallas and Mrs. John Chipman of Oklahoma, 23 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
