Funeral services for Hattie Hooper, 320 Briarwood, Wylie, who died Sunday in a Wylie hospital, will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday in Wylie First United Methodist Church with Rev. Glenn Rives officiating. Interment will be in Oak Cliff Cemetery, Allen Funeral Home in charge.
She was born Sept. 18, 1884 in Bell County, the daughter of Henry C. and Harriette Veazey.
Survivors include two sons, W. Charles Hooper of Aurora, Ill., W. H. Hooper of Wylie; one daughter, Willibell Sutton of Houston; eight grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
