MRS. VINCE DUKE DIES FOLLOWING LINGERING ILLNESS

Mrs. Vince Duke, aged 24 years, 4 months and 11 days, died at her home Southeast of Plano this morning at 3:30 o’clock, following an illness of twelve weeks, a part of which time she was in a Dallas sanitarium. Funeral services will be held at Big Springs church Friday morning at 10:30 o’clock, conducted by Rev. E. W. Martin of Plano, assisted by Rev. E. B. Jackson of Richardson, interment will follow in the Big Springs cemetery. Deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Netzer, and was born and reared near Plano. Three years ago she was married to Vince Duke. Besides her parents, her husband she is survived by two children: Walter Edward, aged two years and Barbara Elain, aged four months.
Deceased was a member of the Christian church.
