MRS. SUSAN HARDAWAY DIED THURSDAY AT HER HOME IN MELISSA

Mrs. Susan Margaret Hardaway, 90, died at 5 a.m. Thursday in her home in Melissa. She was born December 6, 1863 in Kentucky, the daughter of Silas T. and Missouri Long Jordan.
Her survivors are a son, T. E. Hardaway, of McKinney; four daughters, Mrs. J. B. Hackney, Mrs. Wilma Porter, Mrs. E. R. Dickinson, all of Melissa and Mrs. R. E. Frazier, of Irving; nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Hardaway has been a resident of Melissa for many years and was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in the Crouch-Moore Chapel, with interment in the Melissa Cemetery.
