Funeral services for Clifford L. Belt, 57, of Princeton, who died Sunday morning in a Dallas hospital, were held 11 a.m. Tuesday in Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Lacy Satterfield officiating. Interment was in Ridgeview Memorial Park.
He was born Nov. 14, 1924 in Collin County, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy C. Belt, and married the former Bess Reeder. He was a veteran of WWII.
Survivors include his wife, of Princeton; three daughters, Mrs. Judy Rhodes of Princeton, Mrs. Suzy Ferrell of McKinney, Miss Clifine Belt of Princeton; three grandchildren; three brothers, Carson Belt of McKinney, Cecil Belt of Richardson, Herschel Belt of Garland; three sisters, Mrs. Ovie Lindley of Garland, Mrs. Ivie Rodstrom of Grand Prairie, Mrs. Zelma Brooks of Mississippi; a number of other relatives.
