ILLNESS FATAL FOR SGT. WAYNE DAVIDSON

McKinney – Sgt. Wayne Davidson, 45, formerly of McKinney, Army career man, died in a San Francisco, Calif., hospital Thursday of leukemia. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. R. U. Davidson of McKinney route 1.
Funeral services will be held during the week in Florida. Military honors will be accorded at the grave.
He was born April 14, 1917 in McKinney.
Survivors besides his parents are his wife, Mrs. Grace Davidson, a son, Roger Davidson, all of San Francisco; three daughters, Mrs. Billy Moran of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Linda and Barbara Davidson, both of San Francisco; three grandchildren; five brothers, Melvin, Raymond, Royce and Scott Davidson, all of McKinney.
