MRS. R. E. DEAL PASSES AWAY TUESDAY MORNING

Mrs. Minnie Fitzhugh Deal, aged 74, passed away at the City-County Hospital here Tuesday morning at 3 o’clock after several weeks’ illness.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 3 o’clock in the chapel of the Massie Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Vernon M. Newland, minister of the East Christian Church of which she was a member. Interment will follow in Fitzhugh cemetery at Forest Grove.
Mrs. Deal was born in the Forest Grove community, June 7, 1876 residing in this county all of her life. She has been living in McKinney the past few years. She was married December 5, 1897 at Forest Grove to R. E. Deal, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Fitzhugh J. Deal of McKinney and Newton E. Deal of Oklahoma City, and one daughter, Mrs. Marie Killian of Dallas.
