Funeral services for William Beckham, 73, of McKinney who died Monday at North Texas Medical Center, will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church of Blue Ridge with Rev. Tom Gaumer officiating. Interment will be in the Blue Ridge Cemetery with Fielder-Baker Funeral Home of Blue Ridge in charge.
Beckham was born August 4, 1912 in Blue Ridge the son of Willie O. and Maude Dixon Beckham, and married Dortho Richardson on September 27, 1934 in McKinney.
He was a retired aircraft forman.
Survivors include his wife, Dortho of McKinney; two daughters: Betty Lou Johns of San Angelo and Julia Ann Smith of Carrollton; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6:30 to 8 tonight.
