Funeral services for Curtis Everitt Ellis, 18, of McKinney, who died Monday at HCA Wysong Memorial Hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church in Allen with Bishop William B. Mannewitz officiating. Interment will be in Ridgeview Memorial Park with Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in charge of the services.
Ellis was born Aug. 5, 1968 in Dallas, the son of Peter E. Ellis and Katherine Faye Cherry Ellis.
He was a student and a member of the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter E. Ellis of McKinney; three brothers: Marcus Murray Ellis, Lance Lynn Ellis and Jason Lee Ellis all of McKinney; sister, Amanda Marie Ellis of McKinney; grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Ellis, Marlin B. Cherry and Ruby Bell Bulgef all of New Mexico; as well as a number of other relatives.
