Father: Dr. J. C. Erwin He came to Collin County from North Carolina in 1884 after graduating from Louisville Medical School.
Mother: Evelyn Wilson She came to Texas from Pickens, Mississippi. Married February 17, 1886 by T. W. Erwin, my grandfather, pastor of the Ennis Presbyterian Church.
Wife: Annie Malone Barbee of Ripley Tennessee m. June 14, 1927
Family consists of two daughters, each has 3 children.
Background: Graduate of Washington & Lee University 1918, Lexington, Va.
Graduate of Texas Medical School at Galveston 1922
Interned at Cleveland City Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio
