There were several places in Collin County named Liberty.
The Liberty Baptist Church was west of Preston Road and Park Blvd and is currently called Willow Bend Baptist Church. It is believed to the longest continuously operating Baptist church in the county.
The Mantua area was also called Liberty at one time. The Christian church and the school were called Liberty.
The Liberty Cemetery is located north of Farmersville. The Liberty School was located nearby.
The community of Liberty Springs was located near Roland, which was south of Weston. It also had a church named Liberty.
