September wedding plans are being made by Miss Wanda Williams and Joe Owen Keyes, it is announced by her parents Mr. and Mrs. E. Frank Williams, 2828 Sierra Vista, N. W. Albuquerque, N. Mex.
Keyes is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Keyes of McKinney, Texas.
The couple will recite nuptial vows in a ceremony on September 27.
Miss Williams attended the School for the Deaf in Santa Fe. Her fiancé was graduated from the School for the Deaf in Santa Fe. Both are members of the School for the Deaf Club in Albuquerque.
Keyes is employed by Albuquerque Blueprint Co.
