Funeral services for Joe Wayne Haning, 51, of Anna will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Dick Senders officiating. Interment will be in Ridgeview Memorial Park.
Haning was born Dec. 26, 1934 in Wylie, the son of Henry Haning and Elfie Welch Haning, and married Mary F. Lewis, March 22, 1957.
He was a salesman and a member of the Baptist faith as well as a veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Mary of Anna; two sons: Philip Haning of Allen and David Haning of Anna; two daughters: Michele Gonzales of McKinney and Lourie Richards of San Antonio; one brother, Max Lee Haning; granddaughter, Terra Lynn Gonzales of McKinney; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Haning of Allen; as well as a number of other relatives.
