Alla - north of Celina
The Alla community was located north of Celina along Preston Road. Moses Hubbard started a school and named it for his daughter, Alla. The Alla Hubbard School has a historical marker. The Alla School District was combined with the Celina District and the land on which the Alla School stood was donated to the Celina District. The present Celina High School was built on the site of the Alla School.
