M. N. Chapman, justice of the peace at Celeste and highly respected citizen of Hunt county, died Monday of typhoid fever and was buried Tuesday at the Murchison cemetery. Mr. Chapman was a staunch adherent to the populist cause and had many friends in the eastern part of this county where he was well known.
