LAST RITES HELD AT MELISSA FOR H. H. GRIFFIN

Funeral services were held at 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at the First Methodist Church in Melissa for Harry Hines Griffin with Revs. R. C. Viers of Anna and Truman Skaggs officiating. Interment followed in Highland Cemetery with Ray Craft, Claude Robinson, C. R. Loftice, C. O. Robinson, Joe C. Moore and Burch Stiles acting as pallbearers.
Crouch-Moore Funeral Home of this city was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Griffin, who was born June 21, 1872, in Georgia, had resided in Collin County the past 30 years. He was well known retired business man of Melissa and a member of the Methodist Church. He died suddenly at his home in Melissa Monday.
His survivors include his wife, Mrs. Allie Wysong Griffin of Melissa; one sister, Mrs. Ann Senter of Virginia; and one brother, F. M. Griffin of Florida.
