Funeral services for Leta Hazel Dunn, 83, of McKinney who died Saturday in a McKinney hospital were held at 2 p.m. today in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Revs. L. B. Morgan and Peck Williams officiating. Interment was in Altoga Cemetery with Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in charge of the services.
Dunn was born Oct. 4, 1904 in Collin County, the daughter of John and Ella Moore Moreland, and married Carl Frank Dunn, Jan. 25, 1922 in McKinney.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Altoga Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons: Glenn Dunn of Plano, Charles Dunn of Dallas, Kenneth Dunn of New Alla, Okla., and Von Roy Dunn of Richardson; daughter, Frances Jewell of Oklahoma City, Okla.; two sisters: Iva Ray and Lula Womble both of Princeton; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
