“Union School needs the house remodeled and the full limit of tax. The equipment is poor. They have too many enrolled for one teacher to give the very best results. The enrollment to this school is 68 and they have one teacher Miss Adelia Snow Richards who is working hard to give them a good school. I hope that this District will before the next year will make the necessary improvements and give the boys and girls of that district the opportunities that they deserve.”
