Mr. Sidney Allen Quisenberry Dead
The remains of Mr. Sidney Allen Quisenberry, 75 years, 6 months and 5 days old at death, were brought to Frisco from Stroud, Oklahoma Friday morning of last week and interment made in Rowlette cemetery upon arrival here.
Sidney Allen Quisenberry was born near Winchester, Kentucky, November 12, 1861. He was married to Mrs. Iona Crider at Louisiana, Mo., March 15, 1899. His wife preceded him to the grave Sept. 2, 1923. Early in life he joined the Baptist church but after his marriage he joined the Christian church at Lebanon with his wife, living a member of that church which was later moved and is now known as the Baccus church. He died at Stroud, Oklahoma, May 18, 1927, being 75, 6months and 5 days old at death.
He leaves five brothers and a host of friends to mourn his loss. He was laid to rest beside his wife in the beautiful Rowlette cemetery May 20, 1927.

Mrs. Sidney Quisenberry died at her home near the Baccus church, southeast of town, Monday, Sept. 3, 1923 and was buried the following day at the Rowlett cemetery, six miles east of Frisco.
Mrs. Quisenberry, whose maiden name was Miss Ione Cash, was born in Monroe county, Mo. in the 1853; was married at Bowling Green, that state, in 1892 to Sidney Quienberry and came to Texas to live. Settling near Lebanon, they spent many ears there where a daughter by a former marriage grew to womanhood. Sometime after the marriage of this daughter to Mr. Frank Dunafan, Mr. and Mrs. Quisenberry broke up housekeeping and made their home with the children.
In early life Mrs. Quisenberry united with the Christian church and after coming to Texas she continued an active member. Funeral services were conducted at the Baccus church by Rev. C.. B. Fielder of Frisco, after which the burial was made at Rowlett.
Deceased leaves a husband, one daughter, four grandchildren, two sisters and several nieces and nephews to mourn their loss. She was a good woman and had spent a useful life.
