In 1898 E. S. Doty taught at Fairfield Colored School from November to December. In 1901 he taught 64 students at Fairfield Colored School from November to July.
A trustee in 1905-06 was D. Doty. H. J. Coffee was the teacher for 78 pupils from September to September. He was also the teacher in 1906 for 80 pupils with the term from September to June. In 1907 he taught 68 students from November to May.
In 1909-10, J. H. Coffee taught in October. H. J. Coffey taught November – May with Mrs. H. J. Coffey and Mrs. R. A. Coffey.
