Funeral services for Alfred Frank Smith, 84, East Main, Frisco, who died Friday in a McKinney hospital, were held 3 p.m. Saturday in Frisco First United Methodist Church with Rev. Boyd Sawyer and Rev. Bill Self officiating. Interment was in Little Elm Cemetery, Pemberton Funeral Home of Frisco in charge.
Born Apr. 6, 1896 in Denton County, he was a veteran of WWI and a charter director of Frisco First State Bank. He married Leva Marion Mar. 31, 1962.
Survivors include his wife, of Frisco; one daughter, Lois Cates of Frisco; one son, Thomas Marion of Lubbock; one sister, Annie Ramsey of Denton; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
